Returns & Refunds

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The customer must email us regarding the return or exchange within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.

  • A ₹200 return handling fee per item will be deducted from the refund.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original packaging and tags.

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

For a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, email us immediately at trowserycustomercare@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund without deducting the handling fee.

Exchange Policy

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customers must self-ship the product to the return address provided by our support team.

  • Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

  • Only one exchange is permitted per order.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit valid for 30 days on trowsery.com will be issued.

  • Used, washed, worn, or customer-damaged products.

  • Products without original tags or packaging.

  • Sale or discounted products marked as final sale.
