Returns & Refunds
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The customer must email us regarding the return or exchange within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.

A ₹200 return handling fee per item will be deducted from the refund.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original packaging and tags.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
For a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, email us immediately at trowserycustomercare@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund without deducting the handling fee.
Exchange Policy
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Customers must self-ship the product to the return address provided by our support team.

Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

Only one exchange is permitted per order.

If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit valid for 30 days on trowsery.com will be issued.
Cancellation Policy

Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled after placement.

Non-Returnable Products
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
